PDI was contracted to dry an estimated 3.5 tons per hour of incoming biosolids and manure from an agricultural waste handling facility.  The incoming material was previously being land applied at a moisture of 80% and causing significant issues for abutting landowners and local water supply.  

PDI custom designed a combustion system, drying system, rock separation and pelletizing facility to convert the biosolids into organic fertilizer.  The local issues around waste handling have been solved including odor, water runoff, and other issues.
